Management and Staff have sat down today and ironed out some much-needed changes to our Terms of Service policy.
We sat down together and thought about changes that would not only add fairness to our policies and enforcement but further clarified a number of the policies so that there’s less confusion over certain key policies. We have almost entirely replaced the enforcement policy with more discretion based enforcement guidelines that we feel will be more fair and balanced for the community. Obviously our goal as a community is not to ban anyone and trust us, we aren’t excited when that happens, but when it does happen, we want to ensure our actions are clear, concise, and easy to understand from a user standpoint.
As such, I will be reviewing existing bans personally to see if any of them need adjusting. If you’ve been banned, that might be your opportunity to drop an appeal.
